COST: valid for a 300 kilometres radius from Milan:

• End November-December 2008: 20,000 + VAT plus 10% for coach hire
On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd December only, the cost is 16,000 + VAT

• January-February 2009: 55,000 + VAT plus 10% for coach hire

It is possible to give a repeat concert on the days immediately following the concert at a cost of not more than one quarter of the fee.
A repeat concert on the same day costs a fifth of the total fee. Logistic expenses to be calculated.
